A little background...

I started The Refined Office in August 2021 after quickly realizing how much of a need there was for Virtual Assistants - as well as the flexibility it offered to work from home and have freedom over my time and financial resources.

I knew that I had the skills and experience to be able to support a business on an administrative level as I'd been fulfilling that role for the past 15 years in the corporate world. 

When I decided on the name of my business, I wanted to think of something that described how I wanted to support or partner with a business in need - maybe they don't need everything in their business flipped upside down and turned around. Maybe they already have great processes and practices in place.

And that's when I came up with The Refined Office.

When you look up the word Refine, it means to "improve (something) by making small changes, in particular, make (an idea, theory, or method) more subtle and accurate".

I believe in the vision, mission, and values a business already has and my goal is to build upon that foundation.

Every business thrives and operates efficiently with an administrative assistant by its side.

As a Virtual Assistant, my goal is to develop a strong level of trust and confidence in my clients when they work with me.

I believe trust is the pillar of any lasting relationship and I work hard to sustain that value through the quality of service I provide.
